  • A normal day at JP Gray: is extremely varied. For example, yesterday morning I was discussing the targets for that day with my team. Then, I jumped on my bike for a meeting. After lunch I was given some training and in the afternoon I gave a virtual education session to colleagues in our US office in Houston.
  • I decided to work for JP Gray, because: after completing my studies, I was looking for a job in an international company, where working hard and having fun where possible – these elements were just some of the factors that make my role at JP Gray so rewarding.
  • My proudest moment: I experience a sense of pride every day when I observe my team delivering an excellent service. The management team have seen the development of each team member and I am delighted to have been a part of it.

  • A normal day at JP Gray: I am a manager within JP Gray, I am responsible for day to day business. This involves contact with candidates, clients and JP Gray consultants. Furthermore a normal day is a good day where everyone is happy. Clients, candidates and consultants.
  • I decided to work for JP Gray, because: We work for an organisation where we train our consultants from A-Z. JP Gray has given me the opportunity to be a good consultants and now they are giving me the opportunity to be a good manager.
  • My proudest moment: I have helped between 100 – 150 candidates in finding a new job, I have supported dozens of clients in their recruitment need and I have seen some remarkable career developments in my team. But, my proudest moment? Birth of my son, most definitely.

  • A normal day at JP Gray: is not a normal day. One day you work on finding the right candidates for your clients. The other day you are driving through the country meeting your clients and the people you have placed. There are days where you call a candidate to prepare them for their interview at 21:00 in the evening because they have the work during the day and there are days were you have just a great conversation with one of the clients you work with about life instead of business. This is what makes my job exciting every day.
  • I decided to work for JP Gray, because: I wanted to work for a company where I could positively have an impact people their lives. Secondly JP Gray invests a lot in their people. I have enjoyed a lot of training over the last 1,5 year which helped me to develop myself in my professional career.
  • My proudest moment: was to organize a lunch with the 12 people I have placed at one client. It feels really good to see all of them together being happy with their new working place.

  • A normal day at JP Gray: If only there was. From managing processes, building your market, and finding the ideal candidate it feels like a normal day is hard to come by. In a positive way of course!
  • I decided to work for JP Gray, because: JP Gray caught my attention due to the freedom to be able to develop my own market. From day one I have felt a strong sense of responsibility, which continues to grow as to this day.
  • My proudest moment: Sometimes you come across clients in dire need of assistance. I think I had my most sense of accomplishment when I was able to assist a client in finding a perfect candidate for a role they thought would never have filled. Being able to match the ambitions of the candidate with the wishes of a client gives a great sense of achievement.

  • A normal day at JP Gray: After a cup of coffee and a quick talk with my colleagues, the day starts. In the morning I start with checking my mail and calling clients to develop knowledge of my branche and enlarge my client database. At 1 pm the lunch break starts. You will start the second part of the day with lots of energy, thanks to the amazing lunch places nearby.
  • I decided to work for JP Gray, because: I always wanted to work in sales and be in contact with new people. JP Gray gave me the opportunity to learn and still learn a lot and also to work in a great environment with awesome colleagues.
  • My proudest moment: After a lot of acquisition, I finally booked my first client meeting at a big company. This is what JP Gray trained me to do!! This is my proudest moment so far and lots to come.
