How long have you been working at JP Gray and how did you end up here?

"I've been working for the company for 11.5 years and I'm still enjoying it."

What success moment during your career at JP Gray will stay with you forever?

"A few years ago, I won one of the incentives and went to Osteria Francescana in Modena - a restaurant with three Michelin stars, one of the best in the world. Definitely a weekend to remember."

What characteristics should a good recruitment consultant possess, and do you think anyone can become a consultant?

"With extensive experience within recruitment and a good L&D team, we teach you all the 'technical' aspects of becoming a recruiter. But being a good recruiter is also about your personality: you need to be resilient and willing to grow and develop. Being empathetic and being able to listen to people are also valuable qualities."

Do you have any good or fun tips for your future colleague?

"This job can be a rollercoaster but stay positive and trust your team - they want to help and grow you. Don't be afraid to speak up and ask questions. The job and the company can offer you huge opportunities; seize that or create those for yourself."
