Administrative Assistant

Location: Haarlem

Availability: 3 days a week (24 hours)

Start: November 2020

Temporary role till June 2021 (maternity leave cover)

For an international company I am looking for an administrative assistant that will be providing support to the department.

Responsibilities:

- Filing documents

- Answering phones

- Scheduling meetings and conferences

- Keeping calendar up to date

- Sorting and distributing mail

- Analyzing and reporting information.

Requirements:

* At least 2-3 years' experience in administrative jobs

* Very good verbal and written communication skills

* Fluent in Dutch and English

* Experience with MS Office
