Administrative Assistant / Business Support

Full time (40 hours per week)

Are you looking for an administrative position in an International environment? In the area of Boxmeer we are looking for an energetic self-starter who has experience with Administrative support and customer service.

You will work for an international organization within the pharmaceutical industry. They are focused on innovation of health treatments for both human and animals.

Responsibilities & Tasks

  • Scheduling meetings
  • Arrange teleconferences
  • Onboarding coordination
  • Organizing events
  • Supporting project manager and Director in organizing various social events
  • Travel arrangements

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
  • MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Email systems,
  • Strong administrative coordination abilities,
  • Customer service
  • SAP knowledge/experience is of added value
