The purpose of the job
The main purpose of this role is to support the Regional Finance Business Partner in providing outstanding financial and commercial support to the business. You will be (joint) responsible for the periodic reporting and analysis, be involved in business planning and in the further development of information provision.

Your key responsibilities will be focused on Reporting and Insight, Budget & Forecast, Review of management accounts and Customer Engagement;

Responsibilities in detail;

  • Monthly, Quarterly, and annual sales reports to identify sales patterns and areas for improvement, comparing actual vs plan;
  • Analysis, explanation, and interpretation of financial data;
  • Competitor analysis;
  • Further development of the financial information provision;
  • Support with the budget and forecast process;
  • Ad-hoc scenario planning;
  • Review and challenge monthly accounts;
  • Assess performance and activity trends;
  • Review cost base;
  • Completion of monthly Performance packs;
  • Responsible for Regional Headcount allocations (SL2-5);
  • Assist in evolving finance tools; frameworks and process;

In this role you are exposed to financial information and therefore ensuring confidentiality is essential. You will be working closely with the regional Finance Business Partner.

Who are you?

  • 0-3 years' experience in a similar role
  • Excellent MS Excel and MS PowerPoint skills
  • Experience with Business Objects or a similar reporting tool
  • Working with large amounts of data with the ability to focus on key drivers
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Dutch + English) due to international environment
  • Ability to prioritise workloads with minimal supervision
  • Self-Starter, pro-active approach essential
  • Ability to adapt and work under pressure
  • Positive mindset with a can do attitude
  • Ability to interact with all departments and levels throughout our organization

  • EUR 2900.00 - 3300.00 gross per month based on a full time position, depending on your work experience;
