  • The assignment is for 16 - 24hrs per week, availability on Tuesday is a must.

About the program

Within the strategy program of the Global Supply Chain our client is looking for a Change manager for the key transformative initiative. The program stands for 'Strategy Towards Success' and is designed as the journey to become the number 1 Global Supply Chain.

Under this project they are implementing a new way of working in their Global Supply Chain (both Demand and Supply planning) by introducing a next generation planning tool from OMP. Their aim is to move from a short term static sequential planning to a synchronized, data driven planning with E2E visibility across our Supply Chain both on short and longer term horizon. As Global Supply Chain they want to become a frontrunner in digital to secure our competitive advantage.


In this role you will develop the change program together with the project team applicable to all our OpCo's worldwide. This entails both preparation to assure the business is ready to receive and deployment of the tool and way of working within the planning teams.

What we ask from you:

  • Demonstrated experience in change management for +8 years
  • Understanding of (customer) supply chain within RFC and/or Supply Chain is a plus
  • Experience in implementation management and/or commissioning
  • Demonstrated stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills (English must, Dutch optional)
  • Pro-active/action oriented, self-starter
  • High sense of responsibility and accountability
  • Pragmatic and flexible
  • Dynamic/energetic, able to motivate and engage with colleagues and management
  • Being able to work in a multi-cultural, dynamic environment, at all levels and in cross-functional teams

What you will be doing as a Change Manager

  • As a Change manager you will spend your time for 100% as Change Lead to support from a change perspective in developing the change methodology and toolkit to implement the solution and way of working from OMP to the global Supply Chain organization. The project starts with deploying the Demand Planning module of OMP as per 2023, followed by the Supply Planning/S&OP module in 2024.
  • In this project you will work closely together with the core project team consisting of experts from the F&B Excellence team, IT, Program management and Deployment Leads.
  • As Change Lead you are the linking pin between the local deployment team within the specific OpCo, the Deployment Lead and the core project team assuring global consistency (especially communication, tools and approach) and make sure that best practices are shared.
  • Implementing this transformative way of working entails more than solely implementing a new tool. Change management and continuous improvement capabilities are key. As Change Lead you support the Deployment Lead and local team within the OpCo with your capabilities in managing stakeholders within the OpCo on both tactical and operational level and advise CSC Director and HR in leading this change within the OpCo.
  • You are responsible to develop the change management program and coaching the projectteam to bring the system template into action!
