Administrative Support

Location: Schiphol-Rijk

Language: English and basic knowledge of Dutch

Salary: EUR 2500 - EUR 2700 gross per month based on full time

Work week: full time is 40 hours a week

Contract: 9 months (initially, extension is possible)

Where will you work?

What you will be doing as administrative Support:

  • Maintenance of the data: customer information, pricing and agreed discounts.
  • Support of the Sales departments of various countries.
  • Manage trainings for your colleagues
  • Processing incoming orders and order changes

You will be helping the organization to improve their all-round customer experience by keeping the deadlines.

What the administrative support profile looks like:

You are a service-oriented person that shows strong character and discipline. You have proven that you can take ownership of tasks and solve issues using your judgement and discretion. With some professional experience, you have shown you can work to guidelines and that you are a positive, helpful team member. Apply if you are accurate and strong with administrative tasks.

Your profile:

  • MBO level.
  • Experience in an administrative role
  • Enthusiastic about administration
  • Good English and basic knowledge of Dutch
  • Stress resistant and capable of working with deadlines
