Customer Service Manager
Location: Den Bosch, the Netherlands
Contract: Full-time (40h); first 7 months via JP Gray
Required Languages: English & Dutch (extra languages are a plus)
In the region of Den Bosch we are looking for a customer service manager with experience managing a back-office/order management. You will be responsible for the service and back-office operations for an international company in the energy sector.
As a customer service/back-office manager you are able to define and perfect business processes. You are partly direct, and partly indirectly responsible for about 16 FTE. You have a service-oriented attitude and have client satisfaction always as your number one priority. You can use your service-attitude to reach commercial targets. You enjoy perfecting the process, and funnelling out inefficiencies. Furthermore, you can demonstrate leadership principles, understanding that happy employees make happy customers. You have experience leading an international service team. You have a knack for technology, or at least enjoy working in a technical field.
Responsibilities of a customer service manager:
- Define and oversee business operations from order to cash;
- Lead service and back-office team (16 FTE);
- Coach and develop customer service employees;
- Identify areas of improvement;
- Perfect processes and implement SOP's;
- Implement processes that better customer satisfaction;
You are a service oriented individual and thrives when you are able to combine service and use it to drive performance. You enjoy thinking at a strategic level, and enjoy implementing improvements in processes and quality. You are capable to communicate at different levels of the business and willing to take responsibilities.
The profile of a customer service manager:
- Bachelor/Master degree;
- Demonstrated leadership skills and principles;
- Service oriented;
- Proficient with business operating systems;
- Experience leading commercial and service operations on an international level;
- Affinity with technology is a plus;
- Fluency in Dutch and English;
