About the job opportunity
In this role you will be joining international team that is responsible for maintaining accurate contract data and supporting emergency orders.
Summary of main tasks and responsibilities;
Monitor PMC mailbox communication and act respectively on all requests and pending backlog (rush order handling)
Interface with internal customers when necessary for problem solving
Responsible for keeping contract date up to date
Building and maintaining relationships with internal customers to optimize customer satisfaction
Responsible for providing regular overview and progress reports to team lead to monitor performance
Take the lead in improving contract related processes and performance
You have minimum 3-4 years of experience in customer service
You have Bachelor or Master degree
You know SAP, Siebel, Excel
You speak fluent English
You are a fast learner
