As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing our client's B2B relationships. Your main responsibilities will revolve around providing top-notch customer support, addressing inquiries, managing orders, and ensuring overall client satisfaction. This role requires a deep understanding of B2B interactions and the ability to handle complex customer queries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Serve as the main point of contact for B2B clients, addressing inquiries and providing timely solutions.
- Manage and process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and timely issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the enhancement of customer service procedures.
- Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative in a B2B environment.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Residence within the Roosendaal area as there are no remote options.
