Location: Breda

Contract: Full-time 40 hours

Languages: English (fluent)

Start date: Immediately

Necessity: SAP knowledge

Where will you work?

The organisation where you will work is an international company in the biotechnical industry. The company pushes to improve modern science. You will be working with an international team of colleagues on an informal base. You and your colleague are always looking to improve and innovate the tasks, processes, and the company itself.

What you will be doing as customer service representative:

You will be the first point of contact as business support: taking ownership of the designated customer portfolio, supporting the European Supply chain with their ERP, EDI, reporting tools and systems.

  • Providing technical service
  • Order Management
  • Support of Order-to-cash (OTC) and Plant to Stock processes (PTS)
  • Time bonded stock control
  • Administration
  • Coordination with intern and extern stakeholders

What the customer service representative profile looks like:

You are a service-oriented person that shows strong character and has a strong analytical capacity. You have proven that you can take ownership of tasks and solve issues using your judgement and discretion. With some professional experience, you have shown you can work to guidelines and that you are a positive, helpful team member. You are a good listener and questioner with attention to detail and the ability to remain courteous to customers.

Your profile:

  • HBO level related to logistics, economics and information technology
  • 0-2 years' experience in the international Supply Chain (OTC, PTS)
  • Fluency in English is mandatory
  • Good communication skills
  • Experience with SAP
  • Salary €2.500-3.000,-
