Customer Service Representative Export

Location: Delft

Contract: Full-time (40h);

Salary: 2.800 - 3.600 EUR gross/month + competitive

Languages: English (mandatory), Dutch (highly preferred)

What you will be doing as customer service representative export:
In your role as a customer service representative you will be responsible for the complete order to cash process. This means that you will be you make sure that everything is arranged to guarantee on-time deliveries. This will be fully B2B, and require you to communicate at different levels of the organisation.

You are responsible for your own client portfolio of various countries (Egypt, Eastern Europe, etc.)

  • Provide accurate communication with all your clients
  • Manage the order to cash (OtC) process
  • Help with invoicing and customer inquiries
  • Support in process improvement
  • Maintaining stock orders and price files in BPCS
  • Assist the account managers in pricing offers
  • Verification of the export documentation

What the customer service representative profile looks like:

A service oriented person that shows strong character, is a team player, and has a strong analytical capacity. You are an excellent communicator and you love to solve problems in order to fully service your clients. You also do not mind working in a fast paced environment.

Your profile:

  • HBO level
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a B2B customer service role
  • Knowledge of export documentation (verification)
  • Fluency in English is mandatory
  • Fluency in Dutch is a huge plus
  • Experience with BPCS is preferred
