Location: Leiden region

Contract: 12 months

Hours: 40 hours per week

Team

The Customer Service department has a professional team of 16 representatives. This department is the first contactpoiny for all customers regarding placing orders, questions about orders, complaints and all other order related activities. This team has a strong service level because of their accuracy, clear and transparent communication, on-time performance and a low conformity rate. This team is now looking for a talented reperesentative to join them on a full-time base.

Responsibilities

  • Receive orders and put into SAP
  • Ordermanagement
  • Proactively update customers about orders
  • Responsible for all order related communication
  • Work closely with all involved departments to fix issues
  • Build strong relationships with important contacts internally and externally

You have/are

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Min. 2 years of working experience in similar B2B environment
  • Fluent in English, Dutch is pre
  • Customer Focussed
  • Ownership
  • Accurate with strong administrative skills
  • Knowledge of letters of credit and banking contracts is a pre
