B2B Customer Relation Coordinator

Location: Rotterdam

What you will be doing as customer service representative:
In your role as a customer service representative / sales support you will be responsible for the complete order to cash process. This means that you will be you make sure that everything is arranged to guarantee on-time deliveries. This will be fully B2B, and require you to communicate at different levels of the organisation.

  • Provide accurate communication with all your clients
  • Assist the sales managers and representatives
  • Handle incoming complaints
  • Manage the order to cash (OtC) process
  • Coordination of the logistic processes
  • Help with invoicing and customer inquiries
  • Support in process improvement

What the customer service representative profile looks like:

A service oriented person that shows strong character, is a team player, and has a strong analytical capacity. You are an excellent communicator and you love to solve problems in order to fully service your clients. You also do not mind working in a fast paced environment and if you affinity with process improvement projects related to sustainability than this could be a matching opportunity!

  • HBO / Bachelor degree
  • Fluent in English is mandatory
  • Preferably experience in a customer service or sales support role in a Business to Business environment
  • Knowledge of export documentation is a plus
  • Experience with SAP is a highly preferred. Training is provided during your onboarding process.
