Teamlead Customer Service
Hours: Fulltime, 32 hours negotiable
Contract: 1 year through JP Gray
Languages: German & English
Where will you work?
You will be working in an international environment within an organisation that produces, sells and designs specialised medical devices. At this location 250 professionals work together to provide the customers with the ultimate experience. The company is located over 32 countries, such as the UK, US, China, France, Germany and Italy.
What are you going to do?
As a team leader customer service you do not only aim to provide the best possible service, you also provide feedback to make this service even better and improve the customer journey. The customer service department monitors the entire customer journey and corrects it when needed. It starts from the intake, to the delivery of the product, invoicing and after sales. Within this role you will be managing an international team of 6 employees and you know how to combine all of their strengths to make the most efficient team possible.
Furthermore, you will also assist within the order to cash process when needed and are in contact with the departments planning, forwarding, administration and quality. You know how to set priorities like no other.
Who are you?
- You have team lead/management experience
- HBO working and thinking level
- Good communication skills in English & German
- Know how to develop, lead and motivate people
