Customer Support - France

Location: Amersfoort
Contract: Full-time (40h) first contract via JP Gray (12 months)
Salary: 2.600 - 2.800 EUR gross/month excl. secondary conditions
Languages: English + French

General Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Technical knowledge and support of all products
  • Issue and follow-up on quotations
  • Handle customer requests
  • Develop and maintain close relationships and contact with the dealer base.

Required Skills
A service-oriented person that shows strong character, is a team player, and has a strong analytical capacity. You are an excellent communicator, and you love to solve problems to fully service your clients.

Your profile:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service and/or sales functions.
  • MS office, a basic understanding of SAP, CRM, and other relevant tools.
  • Communicates clearly and articulately when speaking in an individual or group environment.
  • Organizes thoughts with the ability to present information in a clear and precise manner.
  • Experience in a B2B environment.
  • Professional-level communication in English and French language.
