For one of our trusted partners in the FMCG sector, we are looking to find an exceptional individual for the position of Manager of Service & Distribution. Our client is renowned for their unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional products and services to a global clientele.
Role Overview:
As the Manager of Service & Distribution, you will take on a pivotal role in shaping and executing our client's service and distribution strategy, aligning it seamlessly with their overarching business objectives. Leading a dedicated team, you will optimize distribution networks, enhance order fulfilment processes, nurture logistics account relationships, and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the supply chain.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the Service and Distribution strategy in alignment with the company's overarching goals.
- Optimize the distribution network to ensure the efficient and timely delivery of products.
- Oversee and enhance various service and distribution processes, including order fulfilment and complaint management.
- Collaborate proactively with internal and external stakeholders to establish, monitor, and uphold Service Level Agreements (SLAs) in line with industry standards.
- Lead, mentored, and develop a team of skilled professionals, guiding them toward achieving organizational milestones.
- Instil a culture of continuous improvement and change management within the service and distribution function.
- Harness deep analytical insights to identify opportunities for service and distribution optimization, elevating the customer experience.
Requirements and Skills:
- Hold a Master's Degree, preferably in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- Demonstrate a proven track record of thriving in cross-functional and matrix organization settings.
- Possess hands-on experience in international distribution and managing high-performing order fulfilment teams.
- Display a persuasive ability to convey the supply chain vision and foster collaboration between commercial and supply chain partners.
- Exhibit analytical thinking, decisive decision-making, and adept change management skills.
- Embrace adaptability within diverse cultural and international contexts.
- Command excellent proficiency in both written and spoken English.
