Are you an excellent communicator, a team player with great problem solving skills?

For a well known and growing organzition in Deventer I am looking for an Expeditor. In this role you are responsible for all operational activities of shipping including receiving and administrative inventory control at a site level.
A summary of your responsibilities;
  • You are responsible for creation and completeness of all necessary transport, customer and export documents;You carry out ADR checks and share the necessary documents that have to accompany the goods;
  • Prepare necessary documents for return shipments and coordinate with carriers and site people;
  • You give necessary support and input for container movements.
  • You are monitoring the daily shipments planned by the regional transport planner;
  • You match planned container-shipments with loading capacity and prioritize loading schedule;
  • By your pro activeness and accurate way of working, you are able to recognize, analyse and receipt all incoming goods. You make sure procedure have been followed as per guidelines and regulations.

  • You are having a MBO level diploma and 2+ years of work experience in logistics and transport;
  • Good knowledge of SAP and MS office tools
  • Good knowledge of ADR and IMO regulations
  • Good command of the English language
