Job: Finance Administrator
Location: Amsterdam greater area
Hours: 40 hours per week

Department information and the position description

Within in this role you will be working in a section within the Finance Department payable and Cash Allocation. The Finance Administrator will contribute to process all accounts payable invoices and make ensure that the sections and your individual objectives are met in the most effective manner.

Responsibilities

  • Process all purchases (supplier invoices) and refunds (credit notes) accurately
  • Analyse purchases by expense type (coding invoices) accurately
  • Reconcile supplier accounts and resolve differences
  • Maintaining the Purchase Order System direct deliveries
  • Cash Allocation
  • Ensure the correct treatment of VAT on expense invoices

Requirements

  • 1 year of experience in equivalent work experience
  • Fluent in English (written & spoken)
  • Experience with MS Office and IBS
  • Great accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and deliver
