Customer Service Representative
Location: Utrecht (Position is remote-working from the Netherlands)
Contract: Full-time (40h) first 6 months via JP Gray.
Salary: 2.400 - 2.600 EUR gross/month + 250 euro work at home allowance & insurance coverage
Required Languages: German & English
Where will you work?
The company you will is a growing international company in the medical industry. You will be challenged everyday with the maintenance of a complex order management process, communicating with different stakeholders to deliver excellent customer service.
What you will be doing as customer service representative:
In your role as a customer service representative you will be responsible for the whole order process for a part of the client portfolio. This will be fully B2B, and require you to communicate at different levels of the organisation. Not only are you the first point of contact, the role requires you also to manage all tasks from A-Z. This means that you need to understand what impact your decisions will have on the process.
* Provide accurate communication with all your clients
* Assist the sales managers and representatives
* Handle all incoming questions and orders from your clients
* Manage the complete order to cash process
* Manage of some financial administration tasks
* Resolve complaints
* Support in process improvement
What the customer service representative profile looks like:
A service oriented person that shows strong character, is a team player, and has a strong analytical capacity. You are an excellent communicator and you love to solve problems in order to fully service your clients.
* (Near) Native level in German
* Fluent in English
* Preferably experience in a B2B customer service role
* Experience with order management systems (eg. Oracle, SAP)
* B2B experience
You will have the opportunity to work for an international company, with the possibility of obtaining an indefinite contract.
