Salary: EUR 2600 - EUR 3000 gross per month based on full time

Work week: full time is 40 hours a week

Contract: First contract for 7 months via JP Gray (extension is possible)

Where will you work?

The company you will work for is a global machinery company. You will be part of the administrative side of the aftermarket department, communicating with intern stakeholders for an optimal inventory management. The core of the work is to maintain and manage the 3PL inventory while using your investigation and analytical skills. You report to the Warehouse and Logistics Manager.

What you will be doing as Inventory Controller:

• Maintaining, monitoring and auditing the inventory control for the aftermarket department
• Monitoring inventory accuracy and investigate root cause of discrepancies
• Producing reports and detailed inventory analysis in relation to accuracy, excess and obsolete, processes, systems etc
• Connecting with other internal departments to maintain inventory accuracy, standard procedures, controls, practices and systems
• Helping to develop and maintain cycle count activity including variance reporting and reconciliation of cycle counts
• Recommending and developing strategies related to inventory management with constant focus of continuous improvement

You have strong analytical and organisational skills. Thereby you are experienced with internal communication and are not afraid to indicate discrepancies for the improvement of the processes and the company. Inventory control requires an eye for detail and accuracy.

Your profile:

• Independent worker
• Experience with inventory control and data analytics.
• Proven track record with investigation and problem solving tasks
• Experience within an ERP system is a plus
• Strong communication skills
