Master Data Specialist

Location: Delft (currently working on remote 100%)
Contract: Full-time (40h);
Languages: English & Dutch (BOTH mandatory)

In this position you will be challenged every day with the maintenance of a complex order management and supply chain processes, communicating with different stakeholders and making sure data is accurately delivered.

What you will be doing as Master Data Specialist:
In this temporary position, you will act as Master Data Specialist within the Central Data Management team.
You are responsible for monitoring, maintaining and continuously improving the quality, completeness and consistency of the master data. You make sure business rules are applied in the various master data processes.

You are the custodian of the Material and Customer master data process which is managed via (mostly automated) workflow tooling. Therefor you will be approving requests, maintaining tables (reference data) as well as monitoring the workflow to make sure master data is created within the agreed lead times. To make sure data is accurately deliver you need to collaborate and coordinate with various parties throughout the business. Furthermore, you take initiative to further improve and optimize master data and master data process.

Although it is a temporary role, it is a rewarding and responsible position - there's a high level of ownership and you will be able to take pride in delivering new insights. You'll be helping the organization to improve their all-round customer experience and supply chain processes by keeping the decision-makers abreast of changing demands, new trends etc.

What the Master Data Speciliast profile looks like:
You have proven that you can take ownership of tasks and solve issues using your judgement and discretion. With some professional experience, you have shown you can work to guidelines and that you are a positive, helpful team member and during these challenging times you will still reach out proactive to your colleagues.
Your profile:

  • HBO/Bachelor level (business administration or related)
  • Fluent in Dutch and English (written and verbal)
  • At least 3 years working experience with SAP; high level of understanding of data structures in SAP (objects, tables, etc.). Experience with performing LSMW's in SAP.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in an international business environment
  • At least 3 years working experience with SAP; high level of understanding of data structures in SAP (objects, tables, etc.). Experience with performing LSMW's in SAP.
  • Experience with MS Excel and MS Access
  • Experience with Mendix or other workflow tooling
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Experience in working in a multi-cultural business environment

What will you get in return?

  • Full time work week; depending on the government regulations, working from home is mandatory;
  • Salary indication EUR 3000 - EUR 3500 gross per month based on full time excl. holiday allowance and travel expenses;
  • 25 holidays based on fulltime / yearly basis
