For one of our trusted partners in the Travel industry with an European HQ in Amsterdam I'm looking for an Office Support Coordinator.

Job Description
The Office Support Coordinator role will work closely with other office management executives in a structured way and demonstrate detailed knowledge of everything in scope. in this role you oversee the impact of the OM as well as the clients' and guests' satisfaction.You are expected to take initiative in continuously improve the outcome of Office Support Coordinator activities, while maintaining the delivery of Guidelines and Standards, Contract Management & Procurement, Communication or Management Information which will depend on the assignment of work, priorities and focus.

Key Responsibilities
The role requires you to make sure the manual is implemented the right way, by adapting to pragmatic and operational needs, without losing structure and efficiency. Furthermore the development and implementation of management information and reporting about OM activities and performance for different stakeholders.

  • Ensure the manual is implemented the right way, by adapting to pragmatic and operational needs
  • Maintain the contract management administration
  • Support the Office Team Leads and Office Managers with supplier related operational and contractual topics
  • Create purchase orders in POTS, monitor expenses and forecast potential changes in needs
  • Support the Office Specialists projects for category related activities, such as market research, development of specifications for RFP's as well as contracts and business case
  • Create contracts, organize legal review and stakeholder sign-off

Requirements of special knowledge/skills

  • Self-starter, proactive, hands-on with great communication and networking skills
  • Accurate with an eye for detail; analytical and data driven
  • Service and customer oriented: understand people's questions and provide solutions to different (ad hoc) requests
  • Result driven, finishing what was started and taking pride in achievements Knowledge of contract management and maintaining commercial relationships
  • Excellent command of the Dutch and English language
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint and strong administrative skills
  • Knowledge of FMIS and P2P processes and systems.
