Business unit that is based in Rotterdam area is an export company, managing over $5B of sales annually across 65 markets for traditional company's portfolio.

The SOM (Sales order management) & Trade Systems Administrator will report into the Strategy Lead, and will be tasked with providing support and associated coordination activities related to online sales orders and trade systems maintenance and development, utilizing relevant SAP functionality.

About the role

The SOM (Sales order management) & Trade Systems Administrator will report into the Strategy Lead, and will be tasked with providing support and associated coordination activities related to online sales orders and trade systems maintenance and development, utilizing relevant SAP functionality.

Customer service team consists of 20 people based in US, Belgium and Netherlands.


Responsibilities

SOM System users support (200+ users across 40 markets in CEE and AfME): act as super-user and primary point of contact, perform root cause identification, escalation and follow-up.
* Backoffice administration for SOM system - internal and external user accounts management, requests execution, roles and customer accounts linkage.
* New users training and onboarding.
* Lead SOM users community: perform communication, provide guidance and updates.
* Periodic control reports and metrics generation, analysis, documents review and follow-up.
* Review and update work instructions, SOPs and training materials, if necessary.
* Act as primary connect point between SOM users and development team.
* Provide support to SOM system users utilizing relevant functionality in SAP.
* SOM data and metrics analysis in Process mining system.
* Coordinate system development: requirements collection, functionality testing, hypercare support etc.
* Trade system admin support: data review, upload, issues follow-up.

  • Understanding of design principles and practical experience with ERP systems.

  • Ability to work autonomously if needed, as well as member or coordinator of cross-functional team. * Proactive, motivated with a positive & professional approach.
  • Fluent spoken and written English language skills required.
  • Proficient in Excel, technical literacy.
  • Reports design/generation/analysis experience.
  • Working knowledge of SAP and/or B2B customer ordering systems preferred, administration experience will be a strong advantage.
