Sales and Operations Planner

Location: Amersfoort

Contract: Full-time (40h);

Languages: English + Dutch

Contract: expected duration is 6 months (Temporary) with opportunity for extension.

Starting date: As soon as possible

Salary: EUR 3.750 - 4.500

Where will you work?

You will work for a multinational company active in the food industry. They are one of the biggest innovators in the food industry where they are striving on a daily basis, together with many colleagues to supply food commodities worldwide. Impressive right!

Purpose of the job

IN this job you will act as link between the factories across asia, europe and the middle-east, and front office units. You will manage a diversity of stakeholders and make decisions to provide the best possible for outcomes. You will have a direct influence on main KPI's such as service, waste and inventory value. In short you will be working for the best sales & operational planning!

What you will be doing as Supply Planner:

  • S&OP Planning
  • Inventory Management
  • Continuous improvement: systems, processes, procedures
  • Provide management analyses and information

What does your profile look like?

  • Bachelors' degree (HBO) or Masters' degree, preferably in Supply Chain Management
  • Minimal 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, preferably FMCG industry
  • Knowledge of planning and inventory management principles such as S&OP, Capacity Planning
  • Knowledge of production and logistics in an FMCG / Food environment
  • Fluently in English and Dutch , written and spoken
  • Experience with continuous improvement tools
