Where will you work?
The company you will work for is a worldwide company in the technical sector with several locations in the Netherlands. Your working place will be a small office in Arnhem.
What are the deliverables?
The Sales Support Specialist will support the EMEA sales team as well as the related Customer Care Representatives who provide support to external customers. The Sales Support Specialist will do the order intake and aid in developing the forecast and will ensure a smooth operation of the required daily activities by optimizing the work flow and priorities within the team consisting of Sales and Sales support department to strive for the optimal revenue in the month/quarter.
- Managing the communication with external customers, wholesalers and end users;
- Supporting EMEA sales team;
- order intake;
- updating schedules in SAP;
- maintain the stock and inventory up to date;
- communication with factories
What is your profile?
A service oriented person that is a team player, and has a strong analytical capacity. You are an excellent communicator and you love to solve problems in order to fully service your clients.
- Experience in customer service B2B
- Technical or logistics background is a pre
- MBO/HBO education
- Fluency in Dutch and English
- Knowledge of ERP systems
- Able to work independently
