Customer Care Team Lead
Location: Den Bosch
Contract: Full-time (40h) first 7 months via JP Gray.
Salary: 3.800 - 4.100 EUR gross/month depending on experience

Where will you work?
The company you will is a growing international company within the medical industry. You will be challenged everyday with the maintenance of a complex order management process, communicating with different stakeholders to deliver excellent customer service.
What you will be doing as a customer care team lead:
Within this function you will be reporting directly to the director of customer services. You will lead and assist the customer care staff and act as a role model.
- Responsible for the execution of operational strategies, contributing to policy definitions and program developments
- Maintaining a solid relationship with internal and external stakeholders
- Monthly reporting of operational objectives and strategies
- Evaluate and communicate requirements about future and current staff
- Follow the relevant quality management system
What the customer service team lead profile looks like:
- HBO / University level
- English fluently, preferably French or German
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- Communicative, proactive
- Knowledge of administrative processes
- Experience with change management
You will have the opportunity to work for an international company, with the possibility of obtaining an indefinite contract.
