Corporate Social Responsibility is a very important principle in all of our activities. This is expressed in many ways.
Firstly, every month we have a dress-down day. We raise money for different kind of charities, like:
- Dutch Cancer Society
- The Dutch Red Cross
- IASO (Alzheimer)
- Stichting Opkikker
- Microcredit for Mothers
Secondly, since 2009, JP Gray (as part of the SThree group) has become one of SOS Children's Transformational Corporate Partners and one of its largest supporters of abandoned and orphaned children around the world. So far JP Gray and its employees have raised over £250,000, supporting two major projects in particular:
- The building of a new SOS Children's Village in Chipata, Zambia. This is one of the world's most deprived and disease hit areas, where around 150 vulnerable children will find a loving home
- Helping those affected by the 2011 East Africa drought and famine, where 12.4 million were displaced and without food and water
Thirdly, our employees can use two days of paid time to benefit local charities and schools.
