Administrative Assistant

Location: Delft

Role: Full-time

Duration: 4 months

The company you will work for is a worldwide company in technical industry. You will contribute to the organization by delivering an efficient service to internal companies, external suppliers and partners as part of the EMEA Shared Services for accounts payable.

Your profile

The person we are looking for has experience in administration, ideally in accounts payable, preferably with an international shared services environment and experience with Siebel or a similar accounting system. You are or you possess:

  • Accounting / Financial degree (MBO-4, MBA or PDB)
  • Fluent in English, written as well as verbally
  • You understand Dutch (written and spoken)
  • Accurate, problem solving skills and communicative
  • Knowledge of Siebel and MS Office.

Your key responsibilities

You are responsible creating pro forma invoices and creating invoice package for processing. Some of the responsibilities include:

  • Pro forma
  • Preparing customer approval
  • Preparing offer
  • Getting customer PO
