AP Specialist Amsterdam Full time: 40 hours p/w EUR 2500 - 3000 gross / month Ready for a new challenge? For a global leader in the Retail industry we are looking for an enthusiastic AP Specialist with ambition. As an AP Specialist you will be responsible for recording all invoices for the shared service centre. The main purpose of your role as an AP Specialist is to ensure that all invoices are properly recorded and accurately reflect in the accounts of the companies. You will be working in a true international environment with many different nationalities, where teamwork is very important.   • Gathering KPI's
  • Coordinate matching invoices
  • Coordinate registration of incoming invoices
  • Analyse supplier aging reports
  • Communicate with suppliers and different departments about invoices
  • Prepaire payment proposal

About you

  • MBO / HBO / Bachelor degree in Accounting
  • Fluent in English both verbal and written (German is a pre)
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of SAP
  • Knowledge of Baseware is a pre
  • Working with KPI's and deadlines
  • Strong in administration
  • Team player
  • Customer focussed
