Are you an experienced Corporate Recruiter who able to apply conceptual, analytical and result-oriented approach along with strong influencing skills?
For a well-known and international organization with an office based in Arnhem we are offering an temporary assignment as Corporate Recruiter.
This is a multi-facing role for an experienced and expert recruitment professional who will be supported by an extensive and outstanding HR organization. Central to this is a sophisticated recruitment operation that identifies the talent that will help our company to achieve its business objectives.
What will you do
This is a high-level recruitment role in which you personally manage the end-to-end recruitment delivery of senior vacancies in the business, starting with the initial screening and the first interview of short listed candidates.
You also act as the custodian of specific targeted areas and proactively build talent pipelines through the use of e-recruitment and social media platforms such as Linked in. By collating information from other Talent Resourcing Partners you form a coherent big picture of labor market trends in the local market. You are also responsible for collating and monitoring recruitment analytics including KPIs and SLAs to provide timely and accurate reports to the Talent Resourcing Manager, along with recommendations for improvement.
A further key task is to provide appropriate training and support to hiring managers, ensuring their ability to recruit in line with the organizations processes, best practices and local law.
As such, this is a role for a customer focused professional who can partner with business leaders whilst retaining the ability to ask challenging yet constructive questions.

You will receive an 32hrs workweek, contract can be provided either via JP Gray but if you prefer working freelance than this can be discussed as well. The first contract will be 3 months, the project is for 1yr so extension is high likely.
