Customer Care Specialist

Location: Amsterdam
Contract: Full-time (40h) first contract via JP Gray (12 months)
Salary: 2.500 - 3.000 EUR gross/month
Languages: English + French + Dutch

What will you do?
The Customer Care Specialist is a key position that provides customer care to our customers and sales and service teams for the Benelux, Nordics, and Eastern Europe. This will include the creation and administration of sales and service orders, field service engineer jobs, deployment of initiatives to achieve financial and customer satisfaction objectives, as well as facilitating the processing of Public Tenders. The Customer Care Specialist is the principal point of contact for our customers and commercial organization, with a key priority on customer focus and sales-related activity.

This role will be office based in Amsterdam, hybrid, for 3 days per week.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

* Be the key point of contact with customers, enabling the best possible service in all types of media interactions
* Collaborate actively with Sales and Service teams to enhance the high standard of customer interaction points
* Be responsible for all steps of order processing and administration (order entry, tracking, and fulfillment) for instruments, consumables, and service purchases
* Work closely with the Global Supply Chain to co-ordinate timely delivery to meet the customer's needs and requirements
* Use SFDC and SAP to retrieve customer information, stock status information, the status of purchase orders and to make changes to customer purchase orders
* Support the order-to-cash
