For an international organisation with an office in the region of Niewerkerk, we are looking for a Customer Service Representative Representative with strong communicative and analytical skills. Within this position it is important that you take in consideration different interests of all the stakeholders with a commercial view.

  • € 2500,- / € 3100,- gross per month
  • The company offers a 1 year contract directly with the company
  • Fluent in English (Dutch/German/French are a pre)

Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative you are the first point of contact for your clients and the other departments within the company when it comes to order management. Together with your colleague you will support the Key Account Manager, who you will also report to.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative

You will be responsible for your own client portfolio, which are located all over the world. Furthermore you will be:

  • Managing the entire order to cash process;
  • Support the Key Account Manager from the implementation of a new deal to the provision of tenders;
  • The first point of contact for the suppliers, clients and internal departments;
  • Support the clients in calculation costs, taking in to consideration logistics;
  • Developing and maintaining good relationships with all stakeholders;
  • A few times a year you will travel to the clients with the Key Account Manager. You are/have

Your profile

You are/have:

  • HBO/Bachelor’s degree;
  • Fluent in English (German/French/Dutch is a plus)
  • Strong communicator;
  • Client focussed;
  • Teamplayer;
  • Experience with Excel highly preferred;
  • The company works with SAP and Dynamics.
