Role and responsibilities:

• Providing commercial and administrative support to the Sales Managers
• Fulfilling customer agreements (contracts) for first-time-right deliveries
• Proactive processing of sales
• Providing input for the budgeting process
• Managing internal relationships for an optimal way of working with internal customers and stakeholders
• Responsible for complaint handling
• Administrative responsibilities
• SAP

Team Details

The total Customer Management Team consists of 18 employees with various backgrounds and nationalities. Within the Customer Management Team, this role is concerning our Early Life Nutrition business where you will work in a sub team of 9 employees. As a team we aim to reach the best results for our company with a result driven mentality and where fun is as well an important factor. We highly value a safe and respectful work environment.

Requirements:

• 2 years experience
• English and Dutch required
• 38 hours
• Starting at the office, once familiar can work 2 days from the office
• Location: Amersfoort
