As a Supply Chain Administrator - Export you will actively monitor and support the supply chain process for a designated region or plant, from supplier to customer. You will provide all necessary documentation for shipments and customs clearance. You will work for an international organisation that puts sustainability in to practice.

Key tasks and responsibilities

  • Execute the processes within the scope for both internal and external supply;
  • Act as the point of contact for customer's service requirements for designated region or plant;
  • Ensure the required product is supplied at a regional, plant and product level for the Group;
  • Providing all necessary documentation for shipments and customs clearance;
  • Advising the best transportation and compliance methods and carriers using input from customers;
  • Track customers' purchase orders and contracts for freight payment terms and billing accordingly.


  • Bachelor degree;
  • At least two years of relevant experience within a similar role;
  • Excellent command of the English language (German or French is a plus)
  • Excellent communication skills and international awareness;
  • Ability to build trust and relationships;
  • Flexible, adaptable and able to work in a structured way in an international environment;
  • Stress resistance, with great attention to detail, self-organised.

Secondary conditions:

  • 13th month;
  • 11,5 ADV days per year;
  • Collective health insurance with a discount of 8% insurance contribution on the basic package;
  • Pension is located within PGB and contains an employee and employer contribution part;
  • Company fitness regulation with a maximum compensation of € 27,- net monthly;
  • Public transport/OV will be fully refunded from your residence to the office.
