Where will you work?

What are the deliverables?

In your role as Technical Support Engineer you will be fully responsible for the second line support for the clients of this organisation in servicing their needs. You will be the linking pin between the Customer Service Department and the Product Innovation Team.

You will

  • Provide accurate communication with all our clients;
  • Handle incoming inquiries and quotes from your clients, mostly business to business;
  • Initiate product improvement ideas based on client's feedback;
  • Manage the complete service delivery process;
  • Assist the Account Managers in several countries;
  • Set up digital manuals, instructions videos and other support for clients;
  • Take ownership of new projects in the company;
  • Providing technical training on location for customers.

Are you the new Technical Support Engineer?

The Technical Support Engineer has strong technical skills / insights, is a team player and know how to work with several stakeholders. You are an excellent communicator and you love to solve problems in order to fully service your clients and innovate the product.

Your profile:

  • Bachelor degree/ Masters;
  • Experience with customer contact;
  • Fluent in Dutch and English (German is a plus!)
  • High in energy & flexible;
  • You work structured & independent.
