Technical Specialist - Breda
Today, people all over the world are connected. For this software company we are looking for a technical specialist.
Hours: Different shifts. (2 mornings, 2 evenings, 2 nights) 4 off
What will you be doing?
You are the single point of contact for our clients, you listen carefully and take care of their needs. You are responsible for the handling of their questions, mainly technical. In the end you ensure the happiness of the customers, you have intensive contact and take care of expectation management. Furthermore, you discuss API connection or other different features with their clients.
What you offer

- You are an expert within technology and web;
- You speak and write fluent Dutch and English;
