About the Role

For one of our international partners within the retail industry, we are looking for a Demand & Inventory Planner. As EMEA Demand & Inventory Planner, you are a key contributor within the Omni Planning & Allocation team and play a critical role in shaping seasonal demand and inventory decisions across the EMEA region. You support total EMEA demand forecasting and buy planning for assigned product categories or divisions, working closely with DTC channels and Hub/Wholesale Key Account Planning teams.
Operating at both strategic and operational level, you translate merchandise strategy and market demand into accurate option‑level forecasts and buy recommendations. Your work directly impacts sales performance, margin delivery, inventory health and liability management, making this role essential to the commercial success of the TH brand.
This role is ideal for an experienced planner who thrives in a fast‑paced, omni‑channel environment and enjoys collaborating across functions to turn insights into commercially sound decisions.

What You'll Do

Strategic planning & demand insights

  • Provide demand and inventory insights to support long‑range planning and top‑down seasonal sales, margin and inventory targets
  • Translate strategic objectives into actionable demand plans for assigned product categories

Demand planning & forecasting

  • Create EMEA option‑level demand plans in close partnership with Merchandising counterparts
  • Improve forecast accuracy by aligning sell‑in forecasts with demand signals and seasonal strategies
  • Actively contribute category demand plans to the Integrated Demand Planning (IDP) process

Merchandise & range planning

  • Collaborate with DTC Buying, Merchandising and Wholesale Account teams to align demand forecasts with seasonal product strategies
  • Provide demand insights into seasonal range planning, including option counts, volume segmentation and channel‑specific customer needs

Buy planning & inventory execution

  • Support the quantification of seasonal buy recommendations for Mainline categories
  • Ensure a smooth handover of consolidated, sized buy plans to the Planning Operations team
  • Balance sales opportunity, margin targets and inventory risk in buy decisions

Cross‑functional collaboration & development

  • Partner closely with DTC channels, Hubs/Wholesale Key Account Planning, Supply Chain and Global counterparts
  • Act as a mentor to more junior demand planners, supporting capability building and on‑the‑job training

Continuous improvement

  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve planning processes, systems and ways of working
  • Contribute to increasing team efficiency, accuracy and insight quality

What You Bring

  • 4-7+ years of experience in demand planning, wholesale planning or merchandise planning within fashion, retail or consumer goods
  • Strong understanding of demand‑driven merchandise financials and buy planning
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to balance short‑term trading needs and long‑term planning objectives
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to optimise demand and buying strategies
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with Merchandising, DTC Planning & Buying, Wholesale, Planning Operations, Supply Chain and Global teams
  • Solid problem‑solving skills and the ability to assess and address complex planning challenges
  • Highly adaptable and proactive in fast‑moving environments
  • Fluent in English
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or Retail (preferred)

Nice‑to‑Have

  • Experience working in an EMEA or international planning set‑up
  • Exposure to Integrated Demand Planning (IDP) or advanced forecasting processes
  • Experience mentoring or coaching junior planners

Why This Role
