What are you going to do?
As a Financial Controller, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and compliant financial records across multiple European entities. You will play a key role in month-end closings, audit support, VAT compliance, and reporting. Working closely with both European and US finance teams, you contribute directly to financial integrity and operational excellence.

What does your job contain?

• Coordinating and executing month-end closing processes
• Supporting audits and maintaining audit-ready documentation
• Acting as a point of contact for external auditors
• Performing general ledger and balance sheet reconciliations
• Posting accruals, provisions, and journal entries
• Reviewing P&L and financial data accuracy
• Supporting VAT compliance and reviewing VAT coding
• Assisting with cash flow and banking activities
• Supporting reporting and improving financial processes

What does your profile look like?

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in financial controlling or accounting
• Strong experience with month-end close and reconciliations
• Knowledge of ERP systems (experience with Exenta or Dynamics is a plus)
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, analysis)
• Understanding of accounting processes (O2C, P2P)
• Experience in an international or multi-entity environment is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English
