About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Procurement Manager to provide continuity during a planned parental leave period.
In this role, you will take ownership of a marketing procurement portfolio focused primarily on digital marketing categories, ensuring sourcing activities, supplier relationships, contracts, and business-critical projects continue without disruption.
You will act as a trusted procurement partner to marketing stakeholders while managing a portfolio with annual spend ranging from approximately €5M to €20M and sourcing initiatives valued up to €5M.
This is a hands-on, delivery-focused position requiring someone who can quickly assume responsibility for an established portfolio and drive results from day one.
What You'll Do
Category Management & Strategic Sourcing
- Manage an established marketing procurement portfolio.
- Execute existing category strategies and adapt priorities where needed.
- Lead end-to-end sourcing projects.
- Conduct market analysis and supplier assessments.
- Deliver supplier recommendations and commercial negotiations.
- Ensure sourcing projects remain on track and well-governed.
- Identify savings, cost avoidance and process improvement opportunities.
Supplier & Contract Management
- Manage strategic supplier relationships across multiple marketing categories.
- Lead commercial negotiations and contract execution processes.
- Monitor supplier performance against KPIs and service levels.
- Support supplier reviews, QBRs and renewal strategies.
- Resolve supplier-related commercial and operational challenges.
Stakeholder Partnership
- Partner with marketing stakeholders across international business functions.
- Translate business requirements into sourcing and supplier strategies.
- Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Privacy, Risk and Procurement Operations.
- Provide trusted commercial and procurement advice.
Transition & Knowledge Transfer
- Participate in a structured onboarding process.
- Maintain clear project and supplier documentation.
- Track decisions, risks, milestones and stakeholder actions.
- Deliver a comprehensive handover at the end of the assignment.
What You Bring
- Significant experience in procurement, strategic sourcing or category management.
- Strong experience within marketing procurement categories.
- Expertise in supplier negotiations and contract management.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships across complex organisations.
- Strong commercial judgement and analytical capability.
- Ability to quickly understand and manage an existing portfolio.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
