About the Role
What You'll Do
- Manage the full lifecycle of purchase orders (creation, updates, tracking)
- Process vendor onboarding and ensure accurate data management
- Resolve vendor-related issues (registration, invoicing, compliance)
- Act as a key contact for procurement queries (internal & external)
- Support buyers and sourcing teams in procurement activities
- Assist in RFP processes and supplier documentation
- Improve procurement workflows and processes
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and controls
What You Bring
- 2-4 years of experience in procurement, purchasing or P2P
- Experience with vendor management and PO processing
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Solution-oriented mindset and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills with stakeholders
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with sourcing processes or RFPs
- Knowledge of procurement compliance frameworks
- Experience in international or corporate environments
Systems & Tools
- Ivalua (preferred)
- SAP / Coupa / Ariba (or similar procurement systems)
- Ticketing/workflow systems
