Research Recruitment Coordinator
Hours: 32 hours per week
Contract: Full-Time
Languages: Fluent English (Spanish is a plus)
About the Role
What You'll Do
- Manage partner recruitment projects from start to finish
- Identify and select suitable research participants from internal databases
- Contact accommodation partners via phone and email
- Schedule interviews, focus groups and research sessions
- Maintain recruitment schedules and participant records
- Monitor participation rates and recruitment performance
- Partner with UX Researchers and Market Researchers to ensure successful studies
- Share recruitment insights, trends and improvement opportunities with stakeholders
- Support operational activities such as appointments, reminders and participant communications
- Process participant incentive payments
- Help onboard and train new team members
What You Bring
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service, call center, operations, recruitment coordination or similar roles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Comfortable making outbound calls and managing professional conversations
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Detail-oriented and highly reliable
- Customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset
- Experience working with stakeholders across teams
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience in market research or research operations
- Experience coordinating participants or respondents
- Working with international customers or partners
- Knowledge of CRM or database systems
- Experience in a technology or online platform environment
