About the Role
What You'll Do
- Take ownership of end-to-end billing processes and continuously improve operational efficiency.
- Analyse existing workflows and identify opportunities for automation and optimisation.
- Design, implement and maintain controls to minimise financial and operational risk.
- Support the implementation of new products, systems and infrastructure within Finance Operations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Tax, Accounting, Product, Technology and Customer Operations teams.
- Monitor operational KPIs and contribute to continuous performance improvement.
- Drive change initiatives and support transformation projects across the finance function.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert for billing-related processes, with a particular focus on invoicing and tax-related workflows.
- Investigate process bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions.
- Support ad hoc projects and strategic initiatives as required.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience within Billing, Finance Operations, Order-to-Cash or Process Improvement.
- Strong understanding of financial processes, controls and operational risk management.
- Experience leading process optimisation or transformation initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Change Management experience.
- Lean, Six Sigma or Continuous Improvement methodologies.
- Finance Transformation projects.
- Data analysis and automation initiatives.
- Experience working in large multinational organisations.
