Agile Coach - Large‑Scale Transformation Programme

3‑month contract | Amsterdam | Hybrid | Start ASAP

We're supporting a major organisational transformation focused on uniting teams under shared values, strengthening ways of working, and building a culture of continuous learning. To help drive this forward, we're looking for an experienced Agile Coach to embed foundational practices across multiple product & engineering teams.

The Role

You'll partner closely with Trainers and Agile Coaches to bring baseline training to life within teams, ensuring new concepts translate into meaningful daily behaviours.
You'll coach multiple teams in focused 12‑week cycles, helping them adopt new ways of working, measure progress, and build sustainable habits.

This is a hands‑on, outcome‑driven role at the heart of a high‑visibility transformation programme.

What You'll Do

  • Translate baseline training into practical, day‑to‑day team behaviours
  • Partner with teams to define current & target states, success measures, and track improvement
  • Document coaching interventions to demonstrate measurable impact
  • Coach up to three teams per 12‑week cycle
  • Deepen agile capability once foundational practices are embedded
  • Co‑deliver engaging training sessions with dedicated Trainers
  • Collaborate with internal Agile Coaches, product & engineering leaders
  • Contribute to a vibrant coaching community, sharing insights and improving practices across teams

What We're Looking For

  • 3-5 years' experience as an Agile Coach (or strong background in Product, Engineering, or Delivery)
  • Proven ability to design coaching plans, assess constraints, run root‑cause analysis, and drive sustainable behavioural change
  • Strong experience delivering training (Training from the Back of the Room is a plus)
  • Proficient in facilitation techniques such as Liberating Structures
  • Deep understanding of agile values, principles, frameworks, and ways of working
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills
  • Experience in Product & Engineering environments is highly advantageous

Why Join?

You'll play a pivotal role in one of the most ambitious transformation initiatives in Europe - supporting teams in becoming more aligned, more effective, and more adaptive in a fast‑moving environment.
