Position:
As an Agile Coach, you will partner with Trainers and fellow Agile Coaches to embed the programme's foundational agile practices into day-to-day team operations. You will work with multiple teams in focused 12-week engagements, helping them adopt, apply and sustain agile principles, practices and mindsets that drive measurable business outcomes.

You will support teams following baseline training, ensuring that concepts are translated into practical ways of working. Through targeted coaching, facilitation and collaboration with leadership teams, you will guide teams towards lasting improvements and increased agility across the organisation.

Responsibilities:

• Embed the transformation baseline training into daily team practices and ways of working.
• Coach teams and team leaders towards measurable outcomes, defining current and target states and tracking progress.
• Measure, document and demonstrate coaching impact using agreed frameworks and metrics.
• Support up to three teams simultaneously through focused 12-week transformation cycles.
• Help teams move beyond the baseline by identifying further development opportunities and scaling agile capabilities.
• Collaborate closely with Trainers to ensure continuity between training delivery and practical implementation.
• Work alongside both contractor and permanent Agile Coaches to continuously improve coaching approaches and programme effectiveness.
• Actively contribute to the wider Agile coaching community by sharing insights, lessons learned and best practices.
• Facilitate sustainable adoption of agile values, principles, frameworks and mindsets across teams and stakeholders.

You have/are:

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in Agile Coaching, Agile Transformation, Scrum Mastery or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, principles and frameworks (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, Lean).
• Experience coaching multiple teams and stakeholders within complex organisational environments.
• Proven track record of driving measurable improvements through coaching interventions.
• Excellent facilitation, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to influence and guide teams without direct authority.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate challenges into actionable improvement plans.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international and change-driven environment.
