Position:
As a Customer Service Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring the seamless execution of the Order-to-Cash process while delivering an excellent customer experience. Working within the Supply Chain & Customer Service team, you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across logistics, finance, business development, and supply chain to support customers worldwide.

Responsibilities:

• Execute the complete Order-to-Cash process in accordance with company procedures and business rules.
• Manage day-to-day customer communication and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Coordinate with logistics, demand planning, and supply chain teams to align and communicate delivery schedules.
• Process customer orders, create invoices, and actively support credit management activities in cooperation with finance teams.
• Oversee delivery execution and maintain communication with external logistics providers.
• Onboard new customers into SAP and maintain accurate customer master data.
• Investigate service complaints, perform root cause analyses, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Contribute to achieving high OTIF (On-Time In-Full) delivery performance and overall customer satisfaction.

You have/are:

• HBO/Bachelor degree, or MBO with at least 3 years of relevant experience in an international B2B commercial environment.
• Strong knowledge of SAP, specifically SD modules, order management, delivery execution, and master data maintenance.
• Experience with Order-to-Cash processes and customer service operations.
• Familiar with export and customs clearance processes.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal; additional languages such as Spanish or Norwegian are advantageous.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Teams.
• Excellent communication skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Resilient, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment.
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a global team.
• Committed to transparency, openness, and collaboration.
