About the Role
JP Gray is partnering with a leading global organisation to recruit an Account Specialist II to join their Customer Service & Supply Chain team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, international environment where you will manage end-to-end order fulfilment while building strong customer relationships and acting as a key operational expert.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality customer service, managing orders accurately and efficiently across domestic and export markets
- Process orders, check product availability, coordinate transportation, and ensure accurate invoicing
- Act as a key interface between Planning, Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance to optimise customer outcomes
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), supporting and mentoring junior Account Specialists
- Troubleshoot operational issues and act as a go-to person within the team
- Contribute to supply chain and cross-functional projects, driving continuous improvement
- Maintain accurate Customer Master Data in SAP in collaboration with internal teams
- Build strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders to enhance service delivery and satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and governance standards
Your Profile
- 3-4+ years' experience in Customer Service and/or Supply Chain
- Strong understanding of order fulfilment processes
- Experience working with SAP and MS Office
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and resolve operational challenges
- Strong communication and organisational skills
Languages
- Fluent in English and German (written and spoken)
