Role: Customer Service Specialist
Location: Amsterdam area (hybrid working is possible)
Contract length: 6 months (extension possible)
Hours: 40 hours per week

Position:

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering a premium customer experience through professional, timely, and accurate communication. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement of the customer journey.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide a premium customer experience through professional, timely, and accurate communication
  • Manage incoming emails and calls from customers, account team members, and internal stakeholders
  • Ensure orders are accurately received, processed, and maintained in line with customer expectations
  • Monitor order fulfilment and ensure timely delivery
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues through problem-solving and collaboration
  • Escalate complex issues where necessary to ensure resolution
  • Work cross-functionally with teams such as supply chain, operations, and customer experience
  • Identify trends and contribute to process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction

You have/are:

  • 2-4 years' experience in customer support or customer service roles
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience within retail is a plus
  • A proactive, customer-focused mindset
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to act quickly and effectively
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment
  • Fluent in English
