This is a unique opportunity to join a company that is building its Customer Excellence team from the ground up, where you will directly influence how customer insights drive business decisions.

Role: Customer Insights Specialist
Location: Netherlands (hybrid)
Contract: 40 hours per week

Position:
As a Customer Insights Specialist, you will play a key role in designing and scaling the Customer Insights approach across the organisation.

You will connect customer feedback, CRM data, and operational insights to identify what truly matters to customers and translate this into concrete improvements across Customer Service, Commercial, and Operations. you will actively influence decision-making and help shape a more customer-centric organisation.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and improve the Customer Insights framework (surveys, feedback loops, complaints, CRM data)
  • Analyse customer signals (NPS, CSAT, operational data) and identify trends and pain points
  • Translate insights into actionable recommendations for business teams
  • Develop dashboards and reporting (e.g. Power BI / similar tools)
  • Set up closed-loop feedback processes and monitor improvement impact
  • Partner with stakeholders across Customer Service, Commercial, Operations and IT
  • Support the organisation in becoming more customer-driven

You have/are:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Customer Insights, CX or Customer Analytics
  • Experience in B2B / logistics / industrial / operational environments
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actions
  • Experience with customer feedback methods (NPS, CSAT, CES, surveys, etc.)
  • Experience with CRM systems and data visualisation tools
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Fluent in English
