Position:

This role is focused on building and improving the commercial customer journey from the outside-in.

You will own and optimise how customers move from opportunity to order - translating customer needs into better commercial processes and real business impact.

You will join a growing Customer Excellence team that is evolving from project-based work into a fully established department. This means a lot of ownership, visibility, and the opportunity to shape how customer-centric working is embedded in the organisation.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and improve the end-to-end customer journey (focus: Opportunity to Order)
  • Translate customer needs and behaviour into concrete improvements in commercial processes
  • Identify friction in the customer journey and drive solutions across teams
  • Work closely with Commercial, Operations and Customer Service
  • Facilitate workshops and align stakeholders without direct hierarchy
  • Contribute to major improvements such as CRM selection and implementation
  • Ensure customer thinking is embedded in decision making and execution

You have/are:

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Journey, CX or Service Design
  • Strong experience within a B2B environment (must-have)
  • Experience with commercial processes (sales, quoting, onboarding)
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Able to combine customer empathy with data and process improvement
  • Hands-on mindset with the ability to build in an evolving environment
